Experienced CMO, Non-Executive Director and Advisor

Ali Griffiths is an experienced CMO and Non-Executive Director. And, one of B2B Marketing’s “Top Women in Tech”. She has a proven track record of delivering growth, strategy, and transformation, spanning SaaS-based Tech businesses, FTSE/LSE-listed organisations, through to industry bodies and iconic consumer brands like Coca-Cola.

Her career specialism is in short-term marketing transformation, often headhunted to turnaround failing marketing functions with a desire to boost market share. She helps businesses struggling to capitalise on their immediate market opportunity, fends off investor activists and re-builds brand equity.

As a Non-Exec Director, Board Advisor and Fractional CMO, she provides coaching and strategic vision to help drive marketing and sales transformation from within, utilising the skills from the existing leadership and marketing team. Or, by bringing together a team of external specialists to drive fast-paced change to the organisation’s go-to-market efforts.
